Students must be registered by a parent/legal guardian in person at the school office. You may print the forms at home and return with all requested documentation.  Original documents for birth certificate, court ordered documents, proof of residence and immunizations must accompany the enrollment/registration forms when submitted. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
