NEW Procedures for Parent Drop OFF and Pick UP

For the safety of our students, we are changing our location for student drop off and pick up. We need everyone’s help to ensure that our Stanfield Roadrunners are arriving at school safely and being picked up safely. Thank you for your help in this matter!

Please enter the school grounds at the Stanfield Elementary School sign off of Hwy 84. Follow the signage to our drop off and pick up location.

Things to remember at morning drop off:

  • The gate will be open at 7:15 AM for Pre-K and 7:30 AM for K-8.  Please abide by these times.

  • Please pull forward to the gate entrance and have your child seated on the right hand side.  Our staff will greet them and welcome them to campus.  All students will report to the library for their temperature check and breakfast bag before walking to class. 

  • The gate will close at 8:00 AM.  Students being dropped off late to school will need to go through the school office. 

 

Things to remember at afternoon pick up:

  • The gate will be open no earlier than 2:40 PM.  

  • Follow all signage and wait patiently.  No double parking.  

  • Please be ready to share your child’s name and grade level with the staff member on duty.  They will relay the message to the staff at the  gate so that your child will be ready for you once you arrive at the gate area.  

  • Please remain in your vehicle at all times.  Our staff will help your child into the backseat or passenger seat of your vehicle so that we can keep the line moving quickly.  

 

**PreSchool Pick Up and Mid Day Kinder will continue to use the drop off/pick up area near the school office on Stanfield Road.  

  • Pre-k staff will have students ready for parent pick up at 1:30 PM.   

  • AM Kindergarten pick up will continue to happen at the front office at 11:00 AM.

  • PM Kindergarten Drop Off will continue to happen at the front office between 11:45 AM -12:00 PM.   PM Kindergarten students who are picked up at 3:00 PM on Fridays will be picked up at the office as all other students leave campus at 1:00 PM for Early Release. 

  • Morning Drop Off and End of Day Pick Up will take place at our NEW location.
